Work in the genomics field since 2000, developing methods and tools to annotate and explore genomes throught “omics” data analysis and integration. Lead the development of REPET (package for repeats annotation), GnpIS (Information system for integrating plant genomic and genetic data), S-MART (NGS data analysis), MAPHiTS (sequence variation calling pipeline).
