Hartmut Nussbaumer

Hartmut Nussbaumer received the Master's degree in physics and the Ph.D. from the University of Konstanz, Konstanz, Germany, in 1996. From 1998 to 2006, he was the Head of production and of technology with Sunways AG. Since 2005, he has been a Managing Director of Sunways Production GmbH. From June 2006 to June 2008, he was a Managing Director of Centrotherm Photovoltaics Technology GmbH. In 2007, he was appointed as the Chairman of the Advisory Board of the International Solar Energy Research Center, Konstanz. In July 2008, he joined RENA, Freiburg, Germany, as a Managing Director of the RENA Solar Technology Center GmbH. From 2010 to 2014, he was the CTO of RENA GmbH. In February 2014, he joined the School of Engineering, ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Science, Winterthur, Switzerland, as a Lecturer on photovoltaics.
