Habib Fathallah

Habib Fathallah (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S.E.E degree (Hons.) from the National Engineering School of Tunis, Tunis, Tunisia, in 1994, and the M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and computer engineering from Laval University, Qubec city, QC, Canada, in 1997 and 2001, respectively. He currently holds several teaching and research positions in electrical and computer engineering with Laval University, King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudia Arabia, and Carthage University, Tunis. He was the Founder and CEO of Access Photonic Networks, from 2000 to 2006, Co- Founder and the Executive Director of the KACST-Technology Innovation Center for the e-Society from 2010 to 2017, and Founder of the IDEA Laboratory, University of Carthage. His research interests include next generation networks, the Internet of Things, data engineering, and stochastic modeling.
