Enliang Guo received the Ph.D. degree in cartography and geography information system from the School of Environment, Northeast Normal University, Changchun, China, in 2017. He is currently an Associate Professor with the College of Geographical Science, Inner Mongolia Normal University, Hohhot, China. His research interests include climate change, natural disaster monitoring, and risk assessment.
