PROFESSIONAL PROFILE - Experienced in conventional microbiological laboratory techniques - Experienced in cell-culture laboratory works - Experienced in molecular microbiological techniques such as PCR laboratory, realtime PCR and DNA sequence analysis. - Experience in dental, periodontal infections, causative infectious agents of emerging diseases and especially the nosocomial, multi drug resistant (MDR) pathogens’ contagious in all over the world and antibacterial resistance transmission between bacterial strains. -Experience in blood-borne infectious diseases , especially orally transmitted or cross-contaminated viral agents such as HBV,HCV etc. - Worked for the “National children health surveillance report” in Ankara region in Turkey supported financially by ROCHE firm and the preparation of the data for the documentation and reports.
