GuanXi Li(李冠喜)

Guan-Xi Li received the Ph.D. degree from the College of Forest Resources and Environment, Nanjing Forestry University, Nanjing, China, in 2013. From 1994 to 2016, he was engaged in scientific research at the Academy of Agricultural, Lianyungang, China. Since 2016, he has been a Professor with the College of Life Science and the Director of Food Quality and Safety at Qufu Normal University, Qufu, China. He is the Executive Director of Food Science and Technology Association and Edible Fungi Association, Shandong, China. His research interests include edible mycology, applied microbiology, and food quality and safety. Prof. Li has presided over ten scientific research projects, and he is currently in charge of the Major horizontal project of Qufu Normal University and the Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province.
