Guandong Zhang

Guandong Zhang received the Bachelor's degree in inorganic nonmetal materials from Beijing Polytechnic University, Beijing, China, in 1992. He received the Master's degree in chemical technology from Institute of Process Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, in 1999. He is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree at INESC Microsystems and Nanotechnologies, Lisbon, Portugal, and also at the Department of Materials Engineering of Instituto Superior Ticnico in 2007. His Ph.D. dissertation was on the fabrication, characterization and application of polymer based MEMS. Currently his research is focused on the polymer based sensors.
