Gregor Levin

Gregor Levin is Cand Scient from Copenhagen University, in 2001, and received the Ph.D. degree in geography from Roskilde University, in 2006. He is currently a Senior Advisor with the Department of Environmental Science, Aarhus University, Aarhus, Denmark. His research interests include spatial analysis of land use and land cover dynamics, and application of categorical datasets. He is a Coleader of the EC-funded REGREEN project and contributes to the work package on Mapping and Modelling Ecosystem Services. He is involved in multiple research and advisory projects, such as assessment of land use changes for national emission inventories, mapping and assessment of ecosystem services, spatial analyses related to the water framework directive and the development of spatial indicators for biodiversity.
