Gon-Ho Kim received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in nuclear engineering from Hanyang University, Seoul, Korea, and the Ph.D. degree in engineering physics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, in 1993. From 1993 to 1995, he was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Center for Plasma Aided Manufacturing, University of Wisconsin. From 1995 to 2003, he was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Physics, Hanyang University. Since 2003, he has been an Associate Professor in the Department of Nuclear Engineering, Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea. His research interests include electrical probe diagnostics, time-transient sheath, large area plasma source, plasma-wall interaction, and plasma-assisted nanotube modifications.
