• Co-founder of Nevada Cancer Institute in Las Vegas, an independent non-profit research organization dedicated to clinical and translational research
• Experienced leader of scientific research teams and medical research construction including handling large budgets
• Thirty year experience in Oncology Research with emphasis on Clinical/Pre-clinical Pharmacology, Experimental Therapeutics and Translational Research with leadership positions in academia and free-standing research institutions
• Extensive expertise in preclinical in vivo models including utilization of syngeneic models, xenograft models, and creation of genetically engineered mouse models to support clinical development of oncology programs

• Extensive experience of Federal and other regulations governing sponsored projects administration, including: OMB Circulars A-81 and A-133, NIH Grants Policy Statement and familiar with electronic research administration.
