She holds academic appointments at Western University and the University of Victoria, and is currently the president of the Ontario Nursing Informatics Group. She is a board member for AMS Healthcare and the Village Family Health Team.
As a tri-council funded researcher, Dr. Strudwick conducts studies at the intersection of mental health, digital health and implementation science. Examples include, but are not limited to:
