Gilles A. Lajoie received the BA and BSc degree from Sherbrooke University, and the PhD degree from McGill University followed by post-doctoral studies at Oxford University. He is currently a professor in the Department of Biochemistry, University of Western Ontario. He is the director of the UWO Biological Mass Spectrometry Laboratory (BMSL).
