Geun-Il Lee

Geun-Il Lee was born in Kang-Won Do, Korea, in 1968. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electronics materials engineering from Kwang-Woon University, Seoul, Korea, in 1992 and 1994, respectively. He joined the Research and Development Center, Hyundai Electronics Industries, Kyoungki-do, Korea, in 1994. From 1996 to 2001, he was involved with the DRAM Diffusion Process Group. In 2001, he moved to the DRAM Design Group. From 2001 to 2002, he worked on nonvolatile memory design, such as the 16 M Fe RAM, MRAM T/V. Since 2003, he has been involved with DRAM design and failure analysis at Hynix Semiconductor Inc., Kyoungki-do, Korea.
