Gerard Rushingabigwi

Gerard Rushingabigwi received the B.S. and M.E. degrees in electromechanical engineering, and computer science and technology from the University of Rwanda, Kigali, Rwanda, and the University of Science and Technology, Beijing, China, in 2005 and 2010, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science and technology from the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China, in 2017. He was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with Qingdao University, Qingdao, China, from November 2017 to November 2019. He is currently a Lecturer with the College of Science and Technology, University of Rwanda. His research interests include wideband antenna miniaturization techniques, the health effects of the EMF, and remote sensing data analysis for aerosols.
