Our research focuses on the development MS technologies and their application to a wide range of applications: (1) Mass spectrometry methods & allied technologies for quantitative analysis of proteins and PTMs; (2) Ambient ionisation methods for fast and sensitive analysis of a wide range of molecules; (3) Chemical probes and x-linkers to assist in analysis spatial organisation of proteins and molecular structures; (4) Computational tools to assist in interrogation, identification and validation of mass spectral data.
