I am interested in microbes; specifically, I am interested in their spatial distributions...I would like to answer questions like: 1) "which places they prefer and why?" 2) "how do they get there?" 3) "do they get along with their neighbors?" I like to use molecular techniques and bioinformatic tools. Lately very interested in host-associated microbes; I have a love/hate relationship with stat coding.
