Giulia Soloperto

Giulia Soloperto was born in Brindisi, Italy, in 1981. She received the M.Sc. degree in bioengineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan, Milan, Italy, and the Ph.D. degree in chemical engineering from the Imperial College of London, London, U.K. She has been a Post-Doctoral Fellow with the National Research Council, Institute of Clinical Physiology, Lecce, Italy, since 2010. She has authored or co-authored several research papers. Her current research interests include the elaboration and analysis of echographic images for tissue characterization, and investigation of novel nanosystems as molecular ultrasound contrast agents.
