个人简介
Although I am still interested in developments of proteins at and on interfaces as well as protein-surfactant interaction my research focus has shifted more towards understanding protein related stability in consumer products. This extends my past research focus to areas related to long-term equilibria and the effect of processing conditions on the product stability. Next to understanding the effects on raw materials, method development has become a significant part of my research.
