Franco Oberti (Member, IEEE) received the M.Sc. degree in computer engineering from the Politecnico di Torino, Turin, Italy, in 2007, and the master’s degree in advanced cybersecurity from Standford University in 2016. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. (Industry) degree with the Politecnico di Torino in 2021. He started working with PUNCH Softronix (formerly, General Motor Powertrain Europe) in 2007, where he held different positions. He is currently a part of the Product Security Office with PUNC Torino. His current research interests include cybersecurity applied to an embedded system in the road vehicles domain.
