I am currently working on developing brief interventions based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and focused on disrupting Repetitive Negative Thinking (RNT) for multiple psychological difficulties. RNT-focused ACT attempts to include conceptual and empirical developments in Relational Frame Theory (RFT). In so doing, I am conducting multiple types of studies including outcome clinical studies, experimental analogs, instrumental studies, etc.
