Working on a project funded by the European Union in the framework of the H2020 Marie Skłodowska Curie Actions – Innovative Training Networks:
SINERGIA (Advanced technologieS for drug dIscovery and precisioN mEdicine: in vitRo modellinG human physiology and diseAse).
In my research induced pluripotent stem cells are used as a tool to generate in vitro models of cardiac fibrosis in order to study the role of cardiac fibroblasts in the progression of myocardial fibrosis.
