Francesco Driussi currently works at the Polytechnic Department of Engineering and Architecture, University of Udine. Francesco does research in Electronic Engineering and Engineering Education. His research interests are in Semiconductor Device Physics, experimental characterization and modeling of Semiconductor devices.
