Frederique Pasquali currently works at the Department of Agricultural and Food Sciences DISTAL, University of Bologna. Frederique does research in food safety, microbiology and whole genome sequencing with a special focus on antimicrobial resistance. She granted the National Scientific Qualification for Associate Professor in area 07/H2 in inspection of food of animal origin (SSD VET/04). Her current projects are ROADMAP, VEO and ARTISANEFOOD.
