I currently work in designing CRISPR strategies to generate mouse models and human cell lines for biomedical studies. These models include Knock-In (point mutations, tags, gene fusions), gene Knock-Out & Conditional Knock-Out. In addition, I do design and perform the genotyping strategies by PCR, HRMA, Restriction Digestion and Sanger Sequencing to confirm the correct editing for the off-springs and to check for potential off-target sites. I do culture and manipulate mESC to generate trangenics.
