My research has focused on the associations between personal values and subjective well-being using comprehensive cross-cultural data sets from Europe (European Social Survey). I have also focused on the relationships between work values and job outcomes from a developmental and cross-cultural perspective. I´m a Docent at the Swedish School of Social Sciences, Finland. I also work as a private psychotherapist in Helsinki.
