Bio
Feng Zhou was born in Xiantao, China, in 1980. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in automation from the Hefei University of Technology, Hefei, China, in 2006, and the Ph.D. degree in high-voltage and insulation technology from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), Wuhan, China, in 2019.
From 2006 to 2011, he was an Engineer with the State Grid Electric Power Research Institute, Beijing, China. In 2011, he worked with the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB), Brunswick, Germany, as a Guest Scientist for half a year. In 2012, he joined China Electric Power Research Institute, Wuhan, and became the Leader of Transformer Technology Laboratory. His research interests include high-voltage insulation and high-voltage and heavy current measurement technology.
