Fella Hachouf

Fella Hachouf received the Engineering degree in electrical engineering from the National Polytechnic School of Algiers, in 1983, the Diplôme desétudes Approfondies and Doctorat-Ingénieur degrees in image processing from the University of Sciences and Techniques, Rouen, France, in 1984 and 1988, respectively, and the Doctorat d’Etat degree from the University Mentouri of Constantine, in 2004. She is currently a Professor with the Automatic and Robotic Laboratory, University of frères Mentouri Constantine I, Algeria. Her research interests include image processing, pattern recognition, quality assessment, enhancement, fuzzy logic, and neural networks for image analysis.
