个人简介
Feby Wijaya Pratiwi currently pHd student at National Taiwan University and works at the Research Center of applied science, Academia Sinica under guidance of Dr. Peilin Chen and prof. Chung Yuan Mou. My research interest is focused on learning of the bio-nanosensor design based on nanomaterials.
In previous work, I have learned to DNA-biobarcode based on latex materials and magnetic nanoparticles for the immunosensor and DNA sensor based on electrochemical methods to detect the food pathogens.
In my current thesis, I am learning in a new design of ratiometric intracellular pH (pHi) sensing probes using quantum dots and mesoporous silica nanoparticles. Furthermore, I have opportunity to learn about optics especially in developing the 3D tracking technique
