Faiz Rahman

Faiz Rahman (SM 15) received the Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Patna University, Patna, India and the Ph.D. degree from Imperial College London, London, U.K. He has worked for several organizations, including Caltech, Cypress Semiconductor, and the University of Glasgow. He is currently a Visiting Stocker Professor with Ohio University, Athens, OH, USA. His research interests include electronic and photonic devices.
