I chose to specialize in floriculture, because this fascinating area gives the flexibility to investigate a wide range of topics related to my passion. My current focus lies on testing biostimulants for ornamental cut flowers and containerized plants production. Additionally, I am interested in abiotic stress and nutrition management of horticultural crops. I am also interested in studies related to urban green spaces, urban biodiversity and growing media (biochar as peat alternative).
