Fabrizio Di Caprio currently works as Assistant Professor (RTD-A) at the Department of Chemistry at Sapienza University of Rome. His research focuses on industrial microbiology, bioprocess engineering and circular economy. He primarily investigated the development of industrial processes in which wastewater treatment is integrated with the production of high-value products, such as proteins, starch and carotenoids from microalgae biomass.
