Fabienne Saguin

Fabienne Saguin was born in Besançon, France, in 1973. She received the Engineering degree in electronic and microwave from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electronique et de Radioélectricite de Grenoble (ENSERG), Grenoble, France, in 1996. During 1996, she was with the HF Characterization Group of STMicroelectronics, Crolles, France, where she was engaged in the HF characterization and modeling of passive devices. Since 1999, she has been engaged in research on HF characterization of bipolar devices in small signal, power, and HF noise domains.
