个人简介
Francesco Toschi received the Laurea degree in materials science and the Ph.D. degree in chemistry from the University of Roma “Tor Vergata”, Italy. His Ph.D. thesis was focused on growth of carbon nanotubes systems and development of nanomaterials for organics electronics applications.
He is currently a Researcher with the Department of Science and Chemical Technologies, University of Rome “Tor Vergata”, Roma, Italy. He is the coauthor of 20 publications. He holds one patent.
His research interests include the synthesis, processing, and functional testing of nanomaterials: hybrid organic/inorganic systems, nanocomposite layers, and carbon nanostructures (nanodiamonds and nanotubes), and the materials and systems produced for applications in micro/nanoelectronics, optoelectronics, energetics, gas sensing, thermal management, and smart textile.
