个人简介
Fábio Nogueira Da Silva was born in São Luís, Maranhão, Brazil, in 1979. He received the B.S. degree in mathematics and M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Federal University of Maranhão, Brazil, in 2004 and 2008, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Federal University of Maranhão in conjunction with the University of Florida, USA, in 2021. From 2008 to 2019, he was an Undergraduate Assistant Professor for the civil and production engineering and business and accounting courses at the University Center Estácio São Luís. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the University Center Dom Bosco for the undergraduate courses of civil and production engineering. He also has research experience in optimal control design, algebraic Ricatti equation solutions using recurrent neural networks and genetic algorithms, model-based and model-free state observers of dynamical systems, approximated dynamic programming, and reinforcement learning for optimal control design in dynamical systems. In addition, he has experience in mathematical modeling for transportation system optimization and is a Consultant regarding mathematical modeling for business, applied mathematics, statistics, and financial mathematics.
