Erika Rosendo de Sena Gandra

Erika Gandra currently works at the Institute for Humid Tropic Studies (IETU), UNIFESSPA - Federal University of the South and Southeast of Para. Erika does research in Food Science and Animal Science, focusing on the use of functional oils as performance enhancers, replacing the use of antibiotics in animal production. Currently, he has been researching oils of Amazonian origin for this purpose.
