Emmett M. Johnston

I am an Ecologist with the National Parks and Wildlife Service, Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Ireland and an external researcher with the Houghton Lab, at Queens University Belfast. My main research focus is currently on movement, behavior and connectivity of basking sharks in the North Atlantic. More generally, my research interests include the development of applied conservation techniques for the management of endangered habitats and species.
