My scientific interests are: 1- Research and development of vaccines against viral, bacterial and parasitic diseases employing subunits, nucleic acid, Virus Like Particles and nanoparticles. 2 - Vaccines against Leishmania and Trypanosoma cruzi, the parasite causing Chagas disease. 4- Biophysical and structural analysis of bacterial superantigens interaction with T cell receptors and Major Histocompatibility Complex class II molecules.
