I currently work at the OMEGAHEALTH institute within the HAVAE laboratory. My research aims to promote healthy aging through innovative home-based technology-assisted exercise. I am particularly interested in participatory approaches that actively involve the older adults in an attempt to provide the most accurate care. Most importantly I try to uncover the biomarkers associated with the positive effects of exercise in aging, specifically focusing on the brain and neuroplasticity
