Elmer Estacio

Elmer Estacio received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in physics from the University of the Philippines Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines, in 1997, 2002 and 2004, respectively. He is currently a Professor with the National Institute of Physics and the Director with the Natural Sciences Research Institute, University of the Philippines Diliman. His research interests include the optical and optoelectronic properties of GaAs and In(Ga)As semiconductor materials and devices; as well as their application in terahertz photonics.
