I'm a healthy ageing researcher who wants to help older people to live happy and healthy lives and live independently for as long as they choose to, and if required to receive the best services possible at the most cost-effective rate for both government and consumers. Being physically active is very important at any age and particularly so for older people. I aim to use the findings of my research to help people live the best life they can.
