个人简介
I studied pharmacy and completed a master’s degree in research and development of medicines. I graduated in October 2021 with my PhD from the Nutrition and Food Science department and now I´m eager to learn new knowledge and skills! During my thesis, I focused on food quality control, a field I would like to continue, by different lipid analyses (composition, oxidation, oxidative stability...) using GC and HPLC, among other instruments. In addition, I did a PhD internship in the Walloon Agricultural Research Center where I discovered another area I would also like to work: the vibrational spectroscopic techniques (NIR, MIR and RAMAN) and chemometrics.
