Elena De Mattia

Elena De Mattia currently works at the Division of Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology , CRO Centro di Riferimento Oncologico di Aviano. Elena has a strong knowledge on the application of human genetics and pharmacology to the study of pharmacogenomics of anti-cancer drugs. Elena collaborated in the design and management of clinical trials focused to pharmacogenetics/genomics markers discovery and validation. Elena has very good knowledge of semi-automated PCR based genotyping methods, more recently next-generation sequencing (NGS) methods, and novel cfDNA application.
