Ehud Schmidt

Ehud J. Schmidt currently works at the Department of Medicine, Division of Cardiology at Johns Hopkins University. Ehud performs research in MRI-Guided medical intervention, emphasizing cardiovascular catheter-based interventions, pelvic percutaneous interventions to delivery high-dose radiation therapy, surgical interventions in the spine, and minimally invasive needle-based interventions in the abdomen, in collaboration with clinicians in the respective fields (cardiology, radiation oncology, orthopedic surgery, interventional radiology). Ehud's group focuses on combining hardware devices and MRI pulse sequences to provide complete applications for complex therapeutic problems.
