Edmund Clarke

Edmund Clarke received the B.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in physics from Imperial College London, London, U.K., in 1996 and 2005, respectively. He was a Research Associate with Imperial College London for five years, where he was involved in the research on molecular beam epitaxy of quantum dot devices. In October 2010, he joined The University of Sheffield, Sheffield, U.K., where he is currently a Senior Research Fellow and is responsible for III–V semiconductor growth by molecular beam epitaxy for the EPSRC National Epitaxy Facility.
