Jinseong Heo

Jinseong Heo received the B.S. degree in physics from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, South Korea, in 2002, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in applied physics from the California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, CA, USA, in 2008. Since 2008, he has been a Research Staff Member with the Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology, Suwon, South Korea. His research interests include the physics of novel devices made of low-dimensional or hafnia-ferroelectric materials.
