Ekaterina Kunitsyna received the M.D. degree in nanoelectronics from South-Russian State Polytechnic University, Novocherkassk, Russia, in 2013, with a focus on nanotechnology in electronics. She is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree with the Institute of Problems of Chemical Physics of Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow, Russia. She was with the Department of Piezoceramic materials, JSC ELPA Research Institute, Moscow, from 2013 to 2014. Her current research interests include structure and magnetism of thin films and heterostructures, and spin dynamics in solids.
