My skills are mainly on Genomics and Medical Biotechnologies, particularly next generation technologies for diagnostics and translational research: in this regard, we are involved in some projects for the standardization of various analytical pipelines dedicated to germline and somatic molecular testing of genes involved in cancer risk and development. In this regard, along with my collaborators, I am strictly related to the daily activities of the clinical departments, as genetic consultant, in order to share with clinicians not only the methodological aspects of translational research protocols but also the possible implication of every diagnostic result on the patient’s management.
