Elena Albanell

B.S., Faculty of Sciences, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona 1982. Ph.D., Faculty of Veterinary, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona 1990. The development of my research and teaching activities of graduate and postgraduate are related in the agrofood sector. I have worked with several aspects: (1) Biology of lactation and milk production in ruminants, (2) Chemical composition, NIRS analysis and nutritional evaluation of food, (3) Natural resources, livestock production and landscape and (4) Conditioned aversion in small ruminants. I lead the NIRS Service of the Faculty (I have experience in the development of agronomic applications, faecal NIRS, etc.).
