Dipak Kumar Goswami obtained his Ph.D. degree in Physics from the Institute of Physics, Bhubaneswar, in 2004. Before joining the Indian Institute of Technology, he was a postdoctoral research fellow at Northwestern University, USA, in the Materials Science and Engineering department for two years and Max Planck Institute for Metal Research, Stuttgart, Germany for one year. He joined the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati as faculty of Physics in 2017. He moved to the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur in 2013. Email: dipak@phy.iitkgp.ac.in
