Diogo V. Leal

Diogo V. Leal currently works at the Department of Sport and Physical Education and in the Research Center in Sports Sciences, Health Sciences and Human Development (CIDESD), at the University of Maia (ISMAI). Diogo’s research focuses on the modulatory effects of regular exercise on the bone and muscle crosstalk in Chronic Kidney Disease. He also has an interest in the immunoendocrine adaptations to training in athletes.
